This season is certainly exciting, but wedding planning can also be stressful and overwhelming. As a wedding photographer, I’m not just here for the wedding day—I'm here to act as a resource and advocate, supporting you both individually and as a couple.


Whether you're celebrating at a winery in the Finger Lakes, the city of Rochester, or traveling for a destination wedding, I love working with couples to make sure your wedding day is everything you imagined it to be. I prioritize communication, connection, and clear expectations throughout the process, so you’ll know exactly what to expect each step of the way, freeing you up to focus on the most important moments of your big day.

The Process

Step 1: Phone Consultation

After reaching out, grab a cup of coffee or glass of wine and we'll chat over the phone for the initial consultation to decide which collection is right for you.


Step 2: Make Things Official!

If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, I’ll send you a proposal with a contract and invoice to make our partnership official. Once you submit it, your date is secured on my calendar and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just found your dream wedding photographer!


Step 3: Get Prepped

During the weeks and months leading up to your weddings, I’ll act as a personal guide, offering vendor recommendations, tips and tricks, and more. If you choose a collection with an engagement session, we’ll schedule it for a few months before your wedding. We will schedule a "Story Planning Meeting" to talk through timelines and develop an unique shot list for the day.


Step 4: Engagement Session

It’s time to capture this special, fleeting season with beautiful photos! Your engagement session is a great opportunity to get comfortable with me and my camera and practice taking pictures together. Plus, you can use the photos for Save the Dates, wedding websites, and more!


Step 5: Cue the Wedding Bells!

The big day has finally arrived. It’s going to be great! I’ll get to your venue early to scout out the layout and lighting. Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while I do my thing!


Step 6: Gallery Delivery

I’ll send you a few sneak peek photos within a few days of your wedding to get you excited, then your full gallery will be delivered 6-8 weeks later. You can download and print them yourself, or I can create an heirloom-quality photo album for you.

FAQ

Will there be a second shooter?

All standard collections listed include and are priced for a second photographer. We can create a customized plan if you prefer only one photographer.

What about a first look?

There are benefits to doing a first look, but it's totally dependent on your desires. During our story planning meeting we will create a personalized timeline to fit the unique needs of your day!

Can I extend the session on the day of?

Yes! If we're having a blast and you want me to stay, I will send an invoice the following day if we agree you'd like extra time.

How Many Hours Do I need?

Every wedding story is different. In our consultation we will discuss your specific needs to decide the ideal amount of time.

Do you shoot destination weddings?

Ab.so.lute.ly. Although I'm based near Rochester, NY, I'd love to capture your wedding story on a mountain top, a beach, or in a castle. We can customize a travel package that works for you!

Do I have to order prints through you?

You will receive all files digitally and can choose to print from your preferred printer. I will show you some album examples from my professional printer before you decide!
